Divya Jyoti Hydropower Limited is a Nepalese public company developing the 50 MW Marsyangdi Besi Hydroelectric Project in Besisahar Municipality, Lamjung, Gandaki Province. It was established on 21 February 2008 and was later converted from a private to a public limited company.
The project is a run-of-river hydropower plant on the Marsyangdi River. Api Power Company Limited is the main promoter and majority shareholder, supporting the project's equity investment.
